Ride Mobile Rewards Programs and Promotions Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions shall be applicable to all Ride Mobile accounts which are existing or may be opened anytime in the future. Ride Mobile may change these terms at any time, with or without notice. By participating in any of the programs, you agree you have read and to be bound to the Terms and Conditions referenced here. If any changes are made, the updated version of the Terms and Conditions will be posted on this webpage (www.ridemobile.com/terms-and-conditions-refer-and-ride).

CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS:

Ride Mobile reserves the right to cancel, modify, or revoke the use of any program or promotion for the following reasons:

  1. Suspicious or fraudulent activity;
  2. Program or promotional abuse or use in bad faith; and/or
  3. Program no longer serves its purpose, as solely determined by Ride Mobile.

Ride Mobile Referral Program Terms and Conditions

The Ride Mobile Referral Program is intended for new and active Ride Mobile users to earn credits which can be applied to and redeemed on future purchases.

By referring someone, or otherwise participating in this program, you agree to follow these terms. Ride Mobile reserves the right to refuse to honor any referral not abiding with these terms or do anything that Ride believes compromises the fairness or business purpose of this program in any way, at Ride Mobile’s sole discretion.

ELIGIBILITY:

  1. The Referrer
  2. The Existing Ride Mobile Customer (“The Referrer”) must have an active Ride Mobile account and complete a qualifying purchase.
  3. The Referred Customer
  4. To be eligible for this program, “The Referred Customer” must be a new Ride Mobile Customer (abiding by all applicable Terms and Conditions) and must use the Referral Code when their new account is first created.

REFERRAL PROCESS:

  1. The Referrer accesses their unique Referral Code in the Refer & Ride section in the App.
  2. The Referrer shares their unique Referral Code with The Referred Customer Note.
  3. Note: Referral Code characters need to be capitalized
  4. The Referred Customer must use the Referral Code at the time they create their Ride Mobile Account. No Referral Code can be applied after their Ride Mobile Account is created
  5. After The Referred Customer successfully creates their account, and purchases a plan, both parties will receive a reward which will be visible in the Refer & Ride section in the App.

REWARD DETAILS:

  1. Both parties will receive the applicable reward and email notification when the Referred Customer creates their Ride Mobile Account using the Referral Code and completes purchase of a plan.
  2. Reward details will be reflected in the Ride Miles History section of The Refer & Ride section in the App.
  3. Ride Miles can be used at checkout towards the purchase or renewal of any Plan.
  4. Ride Miles are non-transferable, non-negotiable, and do not have any actual monetary value. Ride Miles are valid while the Account is active in the Ride Mobile App.
